Father/Daughter Dance

Tonight I went to a father/daughter dance with my daddy.  I felt completely fine at the dance and at dinner.  Then, when I got home I had and still have horrible pains and dizziness.  I went to shower and felt very dizzy and weak in the shower.  My brother even had to help me up off the couch because I couldn't get up by myself.
